Tyler Womer

Tyler is the co-owner of Gold Glove Baseball Academy. Gold Glove provides individual, small group, and team training for the Reds.

Coaching Philosophy ~ “I strive to provide every player that I coach with a fun, positive experience in a comfortable environment that will allow them to maximize their abilities and development opportunities. By building relationships and showing my players that I do care about every single one of them, I look to gain their trust and respect which I believe is crucial for coaches to get the most out of their players. I want my players to know that I would run through a wall for them and for them to feel the same way towards me and our entire coaching staff. I will always work hard to support all of our players and to provide the players and their families with the knowledge and tools to achieve their goals of playing in high school and possibly beyond, in college or professionally.”
