Dave is the co-owner of Gold Glove Baseball Academy. Gold Glove provides individual, small group, and team training for the Reds. Gold Glove provides some of the best fielding instruction in the DMV.

Coach Masters’ Coaching Philosophy ~ “Building a solid foundation is my #1 goal with developing and coaching kids. Without that foundation most kids will be playing catch up for the rest of their careers. Teaching how to always play the game the right way is very important to me as a youth coach (Running on and off the field, hustling, respecting the game, ect). Most importantly we are going to have fun doing it!”
