Matt Skiba

Matt is a native of Alexandria where he played varsity for St. Stephens & St. Agnes School. He
has been coaching travel baseball in Northern Virginia the past several seasons.

Previously, he spent time as a baseball scout for Bill James’s company Sports Info Solutions,
sharpening his analytical acumen and working directly with MLB teams providing them with the
data they value most for players and prospects. Matt also got a world series ring during his time
with the Nationals.

Matt cites his decision not to play college ball as “a major force that fuels my passion to help
young athletes be their best selves on the field and in life.”
