our coaching staff
Our coaching staff consists of some the best Little League coaches in Alexandria. The Reds also partner with community focused coaches that teach all aspects of the game from fitness, pitching, batting, and fielding. Many of our Reds coaches have played and/or coached at the the collegiate and professional levels. They have the knowledge to help players master the fundamentals of the game and help players reach their goals.
Reds coaches believe in building a positive environment for players and families, and develop transferable skills as players grow and move from youth-fields to adult-sized fields and from lower levels of competition to higher levels of competition. Reds coaches believe in developing winning and successful attitudes by striving for continuous improvement, not perfection.

the dugout - Alexandria
The Dugout is a community-based diamond sports facility currently being built in Alexandria, VA. This 10,000 sf facility will boast state of the art turf, high ceilings for defensive work, HitTrax™, and Hack Attack Pitching Machines which are perfect for teams or individual rentals. The Dugout has partnered with many great instructors in the area including Alexandria Reds Baseball Coaches, Victory Fastpitch Academy as well as several strength and agility trainers.
Much like its sister organizations, Alexandria Reds Baseball and Victory Fastpitch Academy, The Dugout offers players from the surrounding area an opportunity to train and receive higher-level skill development. The coaches at The Dugout are committed to player development by providing foundational training, positive coaching and physical and mental enrichment.
